ComprehensiveExams

Close your education gap by completing the all-important comprehensive examination. It is a critical item in your war chest. Your university might not have subjected you to it for reasons. For example, if you failed your comprehensive exam, you would be ineligible to continue in your doctoral journey.  To protect what you have spent up to your end of coursework (and before the proposal phase), it would be suicidal for you to fail the comprehensive exam. In a way, your university did you a favor. At Emmanuel University, for instance, a doctoral student must take a comprehensive examination before embarking on the dissertation. Your interviewers, hirers, and employers may not tell you that the absence of a comprehensive exam experience (usually implied) on your CV is a problem.  Seize this opportunity to stay ahead of the curve.
